How does Boxton save me 30%?
Boxton has created a competitive market between some of the top shipping companies in the world. With our process and relationships, we are truly able to drill down to the market rate for your shipment. If your manufacturer is currently handling shipping for you, they are most likely using a smaller company for every single shipment without getting frequent quotes from several different large companies. If you are handling shipping, you may not be sending out a request for quotes on a frequent basis to ensure you are getting the lowest rates.
Does Boxton help with small package shipping (like UPS/FedEx)?
Boxton’s target is bulk air freight or ocean freight shipments as this is where we believe the most efficiencies from our process is gained. However, the Boxton team has extensive experience in both working in small package shipping as well as negotiating rates on these types of shipments. We are happy to review your shipping needs to see if you are getting the best rates and where we can help!
How many days does it take to turn around a quote?
Our normal quoting time is three business days. This allows our business partners to truly get the lowest available pricing. If something needs to be turned around faster, we will be work it as quickly as possible but you may end up paying a higher rate than is necessary.
Does Boxton pickup and ship to all countries?
Boxton is able to pickup from and ship to most countries in which it is legally allowable to (embargoed countries are excluded). If we come across a country in which we are unable to do work in, we will work with you to find potential other options.
Will Boxton work with my manufacturers?
Absolutely! Boxton can include your manufacturers in the quoting process if you so choose. If you choose to go with Boxton for shipping, Boxton and your manufacturers work together to ensure shipments go smoothly throughout the transportation process.
What if I need help with customs?
Boxton is happy to answer any of your customs questions. Just email us at support@boxtoninc.com with your question. If it is something we do not know the answer to, we have a firm of customs experts we work with.
If I submit a request today, can I get a pickup tomorrow?
Boxton will do absolutely everything in its power to get you a pickup as soon as possible. If it is something extremely urgent, we work with several courier companies with extremely fast turnarounds, but they do so at a high rate. If you have something this urgent, please call us at 619-800-1871.
